# Delete custom event property

`DELETE /events/custom-properties/{property_id}/`

Deleting a property also deletes all of its values from your events.

## Path parameters

Property deleted.

## Other responses

- `404`: Custom event property not found.
- `409`: The property has values and `force` was not set.
- `422`: The request was rejected on its query parameters. Field errors are keyed by parameter name, rejections on the parameter values (e.g. an unknown ID) use a flat `errors` list.
