`PATCH /events/{event_id}/`

## Path parameters

## Headers

## Request body

## Response `202`

Received and queued for background processing. Not yet applied.

- EventsPartialUpdateResponse202: Empty response body

## Other responses

- `404`: No event exists with that `event_id`.
- `409`: The event cannot be partially updated. Re-send the full event via POST /events instead.
- `422`: Validation failed. For a batch write this is all-or-nothing. Field errors are keyed by resource name, then item index, then field path, query-parameter errors are keyed by parameter name, service-level rejections use a flat `errors` list.
