Ingests a custom event from the browser tracker. Current trackers include transient path and user-agent context for exclusion matching; older trackers remain supported.

  - `path` string: Optional browser path used transiently for traffic exclusions.
  - `sid` string, uuid, required
  - `ua` string: Optional browser user agent used transiently for traffic exclusions.
