# Delete site exclusion

`DELETE /api/sites/{id}/exclusions/{ruleID}`

## Request

Deletes a rule owned by this site. Inherited instance or team rules returned by effective reads cannot be deleted through this route. Requires site data-control permission or the narrow instance site-exclusion permission.
