上传广告横幅背景图 / 海报（上限 5MB），直传 OSS 返回可访问 URL。

与帖子配图区分：广告横幅走独立目录 + 5MB 上限 + 一年有效期的预签名 URL
（广告展示期最长按广告券张数叠加，需长期可访问）。
