分类热度看板（公开）：社区页首屏一次拿到「每个阵地/每个分类各有多少内容」。

取代原先逐个分类点开 Tab 才知道有没有内容的方式：前端渲染阵地卡片时直接
用这里的计数，用户一眼看到全部分类的体量与分布。

口径统一为「进通用列表就能看到的帖子数」= status=active 的帖子数。
与 /community/feed 一致（feed 也只过滤 status=active），避免卡片数字与实际点进去看到的条数不一致。
