`GET /api/v1/community/members`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.hipowork.com` (the document declares no server; this is the origin it was published from)

- Auth: OAuth 2 (password, token URL `/api/v1/auth/oauth/token`)

成员列表（监督员及以上）。

监督员需要看到成员才能执行禁言处罚，故放宽到监督员可见；
但「指派角色 / 永久禁用」等管理动作仍由各自的接口单独校验管理员权限。
邮箱属于隐私信息，因此不对普通用户开放。

- `role` string, nullable: 按社区角色过滤
