使用贝壳兑换京东 E 卡或话费（0.7元保底兑换）。
- 扣除对应贝壳
- 发放卡密（可站内信查看）

- RedeemCardRequest
  - `item_key` string, required: 卡券标识（如 jd_card_70, phone_bill_35）
  - `contact_phone` string, nullable: 充值手机号（话费类必填）
