# Get Unlocked Contacts

`GET /api/v1/community/contacts/unlock`

## Request

读取已解锁的联系方式（不扣费）。

分两步设计的原因：解锁是花钱动作（POST，可能失败/余额不足），
读取是幂等动作（GET）。已解锁用户每次打开名片弹窗都调 POST 会让
「查看」和「购买」语义混淆，也容易在前端重试时造成误扣费的担忧。
因此 POST 只负责买，GET 只负责读。
