批量解析简历文本为结构化数据（单请求最多 20 份）

Agent 场景：如果平台未部署 AI 服务（AI_SERVICE_URL 为空），
请让 Agent 自行用 LLM 解析简历后，通过 POST /agent/import-resume 逐份导入。
