# Stock trades reported by members of Congress

`GET /trades`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://www.hillsignal.com/api/v1`
- URL: `https://www.hillsignal.com/api/v1/trades`
- Auth: one of:
  - HTTP bearer
  - API key in header `X-API-Key`

Each record is one Periodic Transaction Report filed with the House Clerk or Senate: the member, party, state, chamber, filing date, a suspicion score, and the trades it lists (ticker, buy or sell, amount range, transaction date) in `trades`.

Returns { trades: Trade[], total, limit, offset }.
