# Government themes: where policy, money and markets are moving together

`GET /themes`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://www.hillsignal.com/api/v1`
- URL: `https://www.hillsignal.com/api/v1/themes`
- Auth: one of:
  - HTTP bearer
  - API key in header `X-API-Key`

Each theme joins bills, executive orders, purchase notices and contract awards into a dated timeline with a headline, why it matters and what to watch. Tickers come only from contracts that name the company.

Returns { themes: Theme[], count, notes }.
