`GET /v1/tournaments`

## Request

List of tournaments

  - `id` string, uuid
  - `name` string
  - `start_time` string, date-time
  - `end_time` string, date-time
  - `banner_image` string
  - `facility` object
  - `sport` object
  - `access_code` string: Code a referee enters to join the tournament. Present only for an admin, or a referee on the scorer app; never for a player.
  - `viewer_code` string: Code that opens the tournament's live scores (follow-along). Present only with access_code.
