# Join tournament

`POST /v1/tournaments/{id}/join`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.hify.club`

- Auth: API key in header `X-User-Token`

## Path parameters

- `id` string, required

## Request body

- object
  - `tournament` object
    - `user_photo_s3_path` string
  - `si` string, uuid: Invite link's sharer. Used as referrer_id on the join event when it is another user's uuid; otherwise ignored.

## Response `200`

Successfully joined tournament. Never includes access_code, access_code_expires_at or external_partner_config.
