    - `annotation_task_id` integer, required
    - `tick` number, required
    - `is_epic` boolean
    - `tags` string[]
    - `moment_ids` integer[]
    - `user_ids` integer[]
    - `players` PlayerType[]: Array of player objects with type and id
      - `type` string, required: Player type identifier
      - `id` string, required: Player unique identifier
    - `start_tick` integer
    - `end_tick` integer
    - `reviewed_by` string: Optional. Recorded in the audit trail via PaperTrail.
