# Retrieve a swap rate

`GET /v2/wallets/swaps/rate`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://production.hifibridge.com`
- URL: `https://production.hifibridge.com/v2/wallets/swaps/rate`
- Auth: HTTP bearer

Get the current market rate for swapping an amount of sourceCurrency into destinationCurrency. Currently only supported between usdc and usdt.

## Query parameters

- `sourceCurrency` 'usdc' | 'usdt', required
- `destinationCurrency` 'usdc' | 'usdt', required
- `amount` string, required

## Response `200`

Success

- WalletSwapRateObject
  - `sourceCurrency` string
  - `destinationCurrency` string
  - `sourceAmount` string
  - `destinationAmount` string
  - `conversionRate` string

## Other responses

- `400`: Bad request - validation error
- `401`: Unauthorized
- `404`: Resource not found
- `500`: Internal Server Error
