# Retrieve an onramp rate

`GET /v2/onramps/rates`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://production.hifibridge.com`

- Auth: HTTP bearer

Onramp rates are estimated rates for onramp conversions from different fiat currencies into different cryptocurrencies.

## Query parameters

- `fromCurrency` 'usd' | 'ugx' | 'ngn' | 'bwp' | 'tzs' | 'mwk' | 'xaf' | 'kes', required
- `toCurrency` 'usdc', required

## Response `200`

Success

- FiatToCryptoConversionRateObject
  - `fromCurrency` 'usd' | 'ugx' | 'ngn' | 'bwp' | 'tzs' | 'mwk' | 'xaf' | 'kes': source currency
  - `toCurrency` 'usdc': target currency
  - `conversionRate` string
  - `conversionRates` object[]
    - `transferType` string: when `transferType` is `default`, this is the conversion rate for the default transfer type
    - `conversionRate` string

## Other responses

- `401`: Unauthorized
- `404`: Resource not found
- `500`: Internal Server Error
