# Search companies, every filter typed

`POST /v1/actions/search_linkedin_companies`

## Request

Search company pages on ordinary LinkedIn, with each LinkedIn filter as its own typed input.

At most 10 rows per call: LinkedIn's page size for this search.

LinkedIn returns at most 1,000 rows for one search; narrow the filters to reach the rest.

A row can be a school: a real search returned one, with a linkedin.com/school/… link in profileUrl.

## Request body

  - `keywords` string: Words to search for.
  - `industry` string[]: Industries: ids from lookup_search_ids type INDUSTRY.
  - `location` string[]: Places: ids from lookup_search_ids type LOCATION.
  - `hasJobOffers` boolean: Only companies with job listings on LinkedIn.
  - `headcount` object[]: Company sizes, as LinkedIn's own bands, e.g. { min: 51, max: 200 }.

  - `networkDistance` unknown[]: Connection degrees from you: 1, 2, 3.

  - `limit` number: How many to return (1–10, default 10).
  - `cursor` string: nextCursor from the previous call, to get the next page. Keep the other arguments the same.
  - `connectionId` string: Which of your LinkedIn accounts to act from (its id from list_linkedin_accounts). Omit to use your first live one.

## Response `200`

It worked. Inside result: returned, nextCursor, results[].type, results[].id, results[].name, results[].location, results[].profileUrl, results[].industry, results[].summary, results[].followersCount, results[].jobOffersCount, results[].headcount.
