# List Assets

`GET /v3/assets`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.heygen.com`
- URL: `https://api.heygen.com/v3/assets`
- Auth: one of:
  - API key in header `x-api-key`
  - HTTP bearer

**Beta**: may change with a few days' notice. Lists a workspace member's uploaded assets, newest first, with cursor pagination. `username` is required during the beta. Pass `folder_id` to narrow to one folder, or an empty value for the root.

## Response `200`

Successful response

- object
  - `data` GetAssetV3Response[]
    - `id` string, required: Unique asset identifier.
    - `name` string, required: Display name of the asset — the original filename for API uploads.
    - `type` string, required: Asset file type (e.g. 'image', 'video', 'audio', 'font').
    - `owner` string, required: Username of the asset owner.
    - `space_id` string, required: Identifier of the space the asset belongs to.
    - `folder_id` string, nullable: Identifier of the folder the asset is stored in. Null if the asset is at the space root.
    - `uploaded_at` integer, required: Unix timestamp (seconds) of when the asset was uploaded.
    - `url` string, nullable: Publicly accessible URL for the asset. Null if no URL can be generated.
  - `has_more` boolean: Whether more pages are available
  - `next_token` string, nullable: Opaque cursor for the next page

## Other responses

- `400`: Invalid request parameters
- `401`: Authentication failed
- `429`: Rate limit exceeded
