The token's member may act on this environment

  - `environment_type` string
  - `hello` string
  - `organization_slug` string
  - `subject` string

## Other responses

- `401`: Missing or invalid OAuth token
- `403`: Token lacks identity:read, or the member's roles do not cover the environment
- `404`: No MCP endpoint with that id belongs to the token's organization
- `503`: OAuth configuration, signing keys or member directory unavailable
