# Add sender matchers to many funder exclusion rules

`POST /api/funder_exclusion_rules/bulk/`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://app.herondata.io`
- URL: `https://app.herondata.io/api/funder_exclusion_rules/bulk/`
- Auth: API key in header `x-api-key`

Creates a rule for each funder without one, and unions the senders into the rest.

## Request body

- BulkFunderExclusionRuleCreateSchema
  - `funder_heron_ids` string[], required
  - `sender_domains` string[]
  - `sender_emails` string[]
  - `sender_names` string[]

## Response `201`

Outcome per deduplicated funder, in request order; key by funder_heron_id, not index

- BulkFunderExclusionRuleResultSchema[]
  - `action` 'created' | 'updated' | 'unchanged' | 'deleted'
  - `funder_heron_id` string

## Other responses

- `400`: Missing sender matcher
- `404`: Broker customer or funder not found
- `422`: Invalid request body
