`GET /v2/console/setting`

## Request

## Response `200`

A successful response.

- SettingList: A list of settings.
  - `settings` Setting[]: A list of settings.
    - `name` string: Name identifier.
    - `value` string: Setting value.
    - `update_time_sec` string, int64: Update time.
  - `acl_resources` AclResources[]: This field is only used to allow the swagger generator to output the enum values.
