# Check and record research removal obligations

`POST /admin/research-disclosures/removal-checks`

## Request

- Base URL: `/` (relative, and the document was published on a file host, not at the API’s origin)
- URL: `/admin/research-disclosures/removal-checks`
- Auth: HTTP bearer

Records newly detected obligations and returns every open disclosure, including those with no removals owed. Closed disclosures are excluded.
