`GET /admin/llm/call-pools`

  - `displayName` string, required: Human-readable name
  - `id` integer, required: Pool id
  - `interactiveReserve` integer, required: Calls only conversations may use
  - `maxConcurrentCalls` integer: Most model calls in flight at once; null does not limit them
  - `noCallBefore` string, date-time: The provider asked for no call before this time
  - `requestsPerMinute` integer
  - `slug` string, required: Unique slug; also the pool label of its metrics
  - `tokensPerCall` integer
  - `tokensPerMinute` integer
