# Regulation change history

`GET /v1/regulations/changelog`

## Request

Returns a chronological log of regulation changes, useful for tracking legislative updates over time.

**Tier gating:** this endpoint requires Enterprise tier. Free/Retailer/Brand callers receive a 402 with code `UPGRADE_REQUIRED`.
