`GET /oauth/authorize/requests/{request_id}`

Public summary for the consent page; the request id is the secret.

- AuthorizationRequestSummary — Public consent-page facts; nothing here identifies the traveler. ``redirect_host`` is where the traveler's approval is sent; the consent page must show it beside the client's self-chosen name.
