- NeedsReviewResponse: GET /v1/needs-review response — memories flagged needs_review/conflicting. Full ``MemoryRead`` items so the UI sees status + ``ai_reasoning_summary`` + ``secondary_folders`` + confidence (the routing explanation, AC#7).
