# Everything the matched markets still need from you, as one batch

`GET /broker/submissions/{submission_id}/outstanding-requirements`

The deduplicated union of outstanding broker-answerable items
across matched markets: unmet manifest requirements plus open
carrier-API questions, each carrying the market names it unlocks.
Items the brief already answers are excluded. Deterministic and
read-only; answer items with `POST .../outstanding-requirements/answers`.
