# Server-sent events when the workspace changes

`GET /broker/submissions/{submission_id}/application-workspace/changes`

## Request

`text/event-stream`. Emits `connected` once with the current change
cursor, then `changed` (data `{submission_id, cursor}`) whenever any
application or the shared facts change (a checkpoint, a mapping
pass, a carrier result), with comment heartbeats between. The
stream lives at most 60 seconds or until the token expires —
reconnect to keep listening. On `changed`, re-read the workspace.
