JSON-RPC 2.0 / MCP Streamable HTTP (protocol version 2024-11-05). Tools: get_market_status, get_market_schedule, list_exchanges, get_payment_options. No authentication required. Optional: an API key as Authorization: Bearer <api key> or X-Oracle-Key, or an OAuth access token from /oauth/token, meters calls against that key's plan; an API key or token issued by Headless Oracle that is not accepted is answered with a JSON-RPC error; other Authorization values are ignored.
