    - `formName` string, required: The value of the harvis-form attribute; a bare attribute is 'default'.
    - `data` object, required: Field name to value, exactly as the visitor's browser sent it.
    - `pagePath` string, nullable, required
    - `readAt` string, date-time, nullable, required
    - `createdAt` string, date-time, required
  - `hasMore` boolean, required: Whether another page follows this one.
