# Get Sources

`GET /api/news/sources`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.halalterminal.com`
- URL: `https://api.halalterminal.com/api/news/sources`
- Auth: API key in header `X-API-Key`

List all configured news sources.

Returns every news feed source available in the system, including its
category, URL, and whether it is currently enabled.

resp = requests.get("http://localhost:8000/api/news/sources")
for src in resp.json()["sources"]:
    print(src["name"], src["category"], src["enabled"])

## Response `200`

List of all configured news feed sources

- NewsSourcesResponse: List of all configured news sources.
  - `count` integer, required: Total number of configured news sources
  - `sources` NewsSourceResponse[], required: List of news sources
    - `id` string, required: Unique identifier for the source
    - `name` string, required: Display name of the news source
    - `url` string, required: RSS feed or API URL for the source
    - `category` string, required: Category of the source, e.g. 'islamic_finance', 'market'
    - `enabled` boolean, required: Whether this source is currently active

## Other responses

- `401`: Authentication required
- `404`: Resource not found
- `429`: Rate limit exceeded
