# Fx Rates

`GET /api/fx`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.halalterminal.com`
- URL: `https://api.halalterminal.com/api/fx`
- Auth: API key in header `X-API-Key`

Rates for converting several currencies into one base.

**curl example:**

curl -X GET "https://api.halalterminal.com/api/fx?base=EUR&symbols=USD,GBP" \
     -H "X-API-Key: <API_KEY>"
```

## Query parameters

- `base` string: Currency to convert into
- `symbols` string: Comma-separated currency codes

## Response `200`

Rate per currency, expressed in the base

- FxResponse
  - `base` string, required: Currency the rates convert into
  - `rates` object: Currency code to how many base units one of it buys
  - `missing` string[]: Currencies no rate could be found for. Callers must not treat these as 1.

## Other responses

- `401`: API key required or invalid
- `422`: Validation Error
- `429`: Quota exceeded
