# Retry PR build

`POST /api/v1alpha/watched_branches/{branch}/prs/{number}/retry`

## Request

Requests a CI retry for the PR. Invalidates the current batch and triggers a fresh run.

## Path parameters

- `branch` string, required
- `number` integer, required

## Response `200`

Retry requested successfully

## Other responses

- `400`: PR has no batch or had a merge failure
- `401`: Unauthorized
- `403`: Forbidden - requires MANAGE_CI
- `404`: Branch or PR not found
