# Get a user

`GET /users/{id}`

Fetch a specific user by ID. Use "me" as the ID to fetch the authenticated user.

## Path parameters

- `id` string, required

## Response `200`

A single user with additional stats

  - `slack_id` string
  - `display_name` string
  - `avatar` string
  - `project_ids` integer[]
  - `cookies` integer, nullable
  - `vote_count` integer
  - `like_count` integer
  - `devlog_seconds_total` integer
  - `devlog_seconds_today` integer

## Other responses

- `401` — Missing or invalid API key
- `404` — Resource not found
