# List showcase chats

`GET /showcase`

Public listing of admin-curated shared chats. Visibility is gated by the
`showcase_page_mode` global setting: `disabled` (404), `authenticated`
(login required, guests blocked), or `public` (anyone).

Successful operation

- ShowcaseChat[]
  - `id` string, required: Showcase entry ID.
  - `shared_chat_id` string, required: Underlying shared chat ID.
  - `title` string: Admin-supplied tile title; falls back to chat_name when empty.
  - `description` string: Admin-supplied tile description.
  - `category` string: Free-text label used to group tiles. Null/missing means uncategorized.
  - `thumbnail_path` string: Object storage key for the tile thumbnail.
  - `sort_order` integer, required: Display order, ascending.
  - `featured_at` string, date-time, required
  - `updated_at` string, date-time: Last mutation on the showcase row; used as a cache-buster for the thumbnail URL.
  - `chat_name` string, required
  - `is_private` boolean: Current privacy of the linked shared chat. Private tiles are only listed to authenticated users.
  - `is_frozen` boolean: Whether the linked shared chat is a frozen snapshot.
  - `includes_artifacts` boolean
  - `chat_created_at` string, date-time
  - `shared_by_username` string
  - `featured_by_username` string

## Other responses

- `400`: Bad request
- `401`: Unauthorized - Invalid or missing API key
- `404`: Not found
- `default`: Unexpected error
