# List existing showcase categories

`GET /showcase/categories`

## Request

Returns the distinct, alphabetically-sorted set of category labels
currently in use across showcase tiles. Powers the curator-facing
autocomplete so admins reuse existing labels instead of fragmenting
the taxonomy with typos. Requires the `h2ogpte/chat/manage_showcase`
permission.

  - `categories` string[], required: Distinct, alphabetically-sorted category labels currently in use across showcase tiles.
