# Remove a showcase thumbnail

`DELETE /showcase/{showcase_id}/thumbnail`

Requires the `h2ogpte/chat/manage_showcase` permission. Drops the
thumbnail object from storage and clears the showcase row's
thumbnail_path so the tile renders the placeholder icon.
