# Returns a list of custom agent tool associations.

`GET /agents/custom_agent_tool_associations`

  - `tool_id` string, uuid, nullable: Associated tool UUID (null if unresolved)
  - `tool_name` string, nullable: Associated tool name (null if unresolved)
  - `mcp_server_name` string, required: MCP server name
  - `user_id` string, uuid, required: User UUID who owns the association

- `401`: Unauthorized - Invalid or missing API key
- `500`: Internal server error
