Returns the same byte content as ReadOutput(COMBINED) but preserves the chunk boundaries and per-stream identity that StreamOutput emits live — without requiring a live subscription.

- V1ReadOutputFramesResponse: The structured output of a process as ordered, per-stream-tagged frames.
  - `frames` V1OutputFrame[]: The captured frames, in the order the underlying pipes produced them. Concatenating `data` of all frames yields the same bytes as ReadOutput(COMBINED). Filtering by `stream` and concatenating yields the same bytes as ReadOutput(STDOUT) or ReadOutput(STDERR).
    - `stream` 'OUTPUT_STREAM_UNSPECIFIED' | 'OUTPUT_STREAM_STDOUT' | 'OUTPUT_STREAM_STDERR' | 'OUTPUT_STREAM_COMBINED': Defines the output stream type for process output operations. - OUTPUT_STREAM_UNSPECIFIED: Not specified. The server may default to STDOUT. - OUTPUT_STREAM_STDOUT: The standard output stream. - OUTPUT_STREAM_STDERR: The standard error stream. - OUTPUT_STREAM_COMBINED: Both stdout and stderr combined (interleaved in order received).
    - `data` string, byte: The raw bytes captured for this chunk. Chunk boundaries reflect what arrived from the underlying pipe — chunks may contain partial lines, multiple lines, or no newlines at all.
