# Revoke Universal App Token (by id / name / token)

`POST /partner/app/{appId}/token/revoke`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://partner.gupshup.io`
- URL: `https://partner.gupshup.io/partner/app/{appId}/token/revoke`
- Auth: API key in header `Authorization`

Revokes one UAT for the app. Supply exactly one of id, name, or token (raw JWT value).

## Path parameters

- `appId` string, uuid, required

## Request body `application/x-www-form-urlencoded`

- union: Supply exactly one of id, name, or token.
  - object
    - `id` string, required: Token row id from the list API. Must belong to this appId.
    - `name` string: Token label. Must match an active UAT for this app.
    - `token` string: Raw UAT JWT. Must be tt=AT with sub = appId.
  - object
    - `id` string: Token row id from the list API. Must belong to this appId.
    - `name` string, required: Token label. Must match an active UAT for this app.
    - `token` string: Raw UAT JWT. Must be tt=AT with sub = appId.
  - object
    - `id` string: Token row id from the list API. Must belong to this appId.
    - `name` string: Token label. Must match an active UAT for this app.
    - `token` string, required: Raw UAT JWT. Must be tt=AT with sub = appId.

## Response `200`

Successful response

- RevokeSuccessResponse
  - `status` string
  - `scope` 'id' | 'name' | 'jti': Which input was used to resolve the token.

## Other responses

- `400`: Validation or business error
- `401`: Unauthorized access - missing or invalid authentication
- `404`: No matching UAT for this app (also used when the raw token sub does not equal appId)
- `410`: Token already naturally expired
- `429`: Rate limit exceeded - more than 10 requests / 60 seconds
- `500`: Internal server error
