# Get agent eligibility

`GET /partner/app/{appId}/bizai/agent_eligibility`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://partner.gupshup.io`
- URL: `https://partner.gupshup.io/partner/app/{appId}/bizai/agent_eligibility`
- Auth: API key in header `Authorization`

Reports whether the app can run a Business AI agent. Gives no reason when it cannot.

## Response `200`

Eligibility flag.

- Eligibility
  - `is_eligible` boolean, required

## Other responses

- `401`: Missing, invalid, or foreign-app token. Raised by Partner Portal before any forwarding.
- `429`: Per-app rate limit exceeded. Retry after the 60-second window.
