# Create skill

`POST /partner/app/{appId}/bizai/agent_config/skills`

## Request

- Auth: API key in header `Authorization`

## Query parameters

- `agent_id` string: Meta resource id.

## Request body

- SkillRequest
  - `title` string, required: Lowercase letters, digits and hyphens; no leading or trailing hyphen.
  - `description` string, required
  - `skill` string, required

## Response `201`

Skill created.

  - `status` 'active' | 'pending_review' | 'blocked': A skill read straight after a write is normally `pending_review`.

## Other responses

- `400`: Skills run their own validator and answer `title: Validation error`.
- `401`: Missing, invalid, or foreign-app token. Raised by Partner Portal before any forwarding.
- `429`: Per-app rate limit exceeded. Retry after the 60-second window.
