`GET /partner/app/{appId}/bizai/agent_config/skills`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://partner.gupshup.io`
- URL: `https://partner.gupshup.io/partner/app/{appId}/bizai/agent_config/skills`
- Auth: API key in header `Authorization`

`agent_id` is accepted but currently ignored.

## Query parameters

- `agent_id` string: Meta resource id.

  - `status` 'active' | 'pending_review' | 'blocked': A skill read straight after a write is normally `pending_review`.

## Other responses

- `401`: Missing, invalid, or foreign-app token. Raised by Partner Portal before any forwarding.
- `429`: Per-app rate limit exceeded. Retry after the 60-second window.
