# Create FAQ

`POST /partner/app/{appId}/bizai/agent_config/faq`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://partner.gupshup.io`
- URL: `https://partner.gupshup.io/partner/app/{appId}/bizai/agent_config/faq`
- Auth: API key in header `Authorization`

## Request body

- FaqRequest
  - `question` string, required
  - `answer` string, required
  - `metadata` object: Optional. Every value must be a string; a number is rejected.

## Response `201`

FAQ created.

- Faq
  - `id` string: Meta resource id.
  - `question` string
  - `answer` string
  - `created_at` integer: Unix seconds.
  - `metadata` object: Documented by Meta, but not echoed back by the wrapper.

## Other responses

- `400`: Missing field or a non-string `metadata` value.
- `401`: Missing, invalid, or foreign-app token. Raised by Partner Portal before any forwarding.
- `409`: An FAQ with the same question already exists.
- `429`: Per-app rate limit exceeded. Retry after the 60-second window.
- `500`: Known defect: empty-string `question`/`answer` pass the `required` check and fail downstream with a bare-text `Internal Server Error` instead of a 400.
