Replace a page's performance alert conditions, video option, and (for Team organizations) recipients

Conditions updated, returning the full configuration

## Other responses

- `400`: E40000: Unknown request. E40009: send_to is required for Team organizations. E40010: Unknown send_to recipient. E40011: send_to is only available for Team organizations
- `401`: E40100: Invalid API key
- `403`: E40300: E-mail address not validated. E40301: Your organization role does not permit this operation
- `404`: E40402: Page not found
- `405`: E40500: HTTP method not allowed
- `415`: E41500: Unsupported media type (Request must use Content-Type: application/vnd.api+json)
- `429`: E42901: Rate limit exceeded
- `500`: E50000 Internal Server Error
