# Accept an invitation: choose a password, join the account, sign in (public)

`POST /v1/auth/invitations/accept`

## Request

- Auth: none required

Single use. A login belongs to one account, so an address that already has a Grundfast login cannot accept (409).

## Request body

- InvitationAcceptInput
  - `token` string, required
  - `password` string, required
  - `name` string

## Response `201`

Joined; the session cookie is set

## Other responses

- `403`: Error
- `409`: Error
- `415`: Error
