insert catalog item as bulk in inventory

## Request body

- BulkCatalogProcessingRequest: Insert catalog item for a specific partner.
  - `catalogItemList` BulkCatalogItem[], required: List of supplied items.
    - `sku` string: Stock keeping units(IDs) in third party inventory platform
    - `name` string: Catalog item name
    - `type` 'INGREDIENT' | 'PACKAGING': Catalog item type
    - `minLevel` StockLevel: Quantity details of a catalog item.
      - `level` integer: The amount or number of a specific catalog item
      - `unitId` string: Measuring unit id for above quantity
    - `purchaseUnit` Unit: The measuring unit
      - `id` string: Measuring unit id for purchasing a catalog item
    - `consumptionRatioInfoList` ConsumptionRatioInfoForBulkUpload[]
      - `consumptionUnit` Unit: The measuring unit
        - `id` string: Measuring unit id for purchasing a catalog item
      - `ratio` integer: Consumption ratio of a catalog item

  - `jobId` string: Catalog processing job id in GrubTech platform
