Same purchase flow as GET, taking sku (or tpl) as a form field. This is the method every buy button on the site uses.

## Other responses

- `302`: redirect to PayPal approval
- `303`: redirect to /store/ when no sku
- `400`: unknown sku
- `503`: checkout not configured
