# Retrieve a tenant

`GET /tenants/{id}`

A key limited to one tenant can read its own tenant.

    - `pause_source` 'api' | 'admin' | 'automated' | 'null', nullable: Who paused the tenant: `api` (you), `automated` (Groundmail, after a high bounce or complaint rate) or `admin` (Groundmail support).

    - `daily_limit` integer, nullable
    - `metadata` object, nullable

## Other responses

- `401`: Missing or invalid API key
- `403`: Tenants not enabled, or a tenant key asking for another tenant
- `404`: Tenant not found
